How we do it

The answer is simple: we control our overhead. The fact is most regular agents have to pay their brokerage 35 to 50 percent of their commission. Our agents don't have to do that, so they can pass along this savings to you. Here is the math... say your home sells for $250,000 and your commission agreement is the usual 6%. Assuming your agent did not find the buyer, you end up paying your agent $7500.00 and then your agent has to pay their broker 35% or $2625.00. Simply put, we would rather give some of this money to you. You can save more money by using us to both sell your existing home and to find your new home.
